A fun, low-impact 40-minute water workout designed to tone, strengthen and get your whole body moving. Using the natural resistance of the water, Aqua Sculpt gives you an effective full-body workout while being gentle on your joints.

Floating Soundbath - 18.00 - 18.50
Switch off, float and completely unwind with our relaxing Floating Soundbath. A great first fime at the pool. Louise met me on arrival and then left us to it. So pleased to have found this place and we will 100% be back. Also, everything felt fresh and clean so another plus!!
